  • Your real estate professional will upload your listing to the multiple listing service MLS www.realtor.ca where it will achieve maximum market coverage for buyers looking for homes for sale Bridgewater, real estate for sale Bridgewater, homes for sale Mahone Bay, homes for sale Lunenburg, homes for sale Chester , or homes for sale Lunenburg County and many other search engine queries.
  • Your agent will also advertise your listing on their company’s website. With Re/Max your listings are not only uploaded to the Re/Max South Shore realty web site, www.remaxsouthshore.ca , but to Re/Max Canada at www.remax.com , and to www.global.remax.com which displays your listing worldwide!
  • I also offer my own web site, www.paulapitman.ca. and www.point2homes.com web site which forwards your listing to 30 other web sites approved by CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association) including Kijiji, Zoocasa, and many more. Your home will also appear on www.Viewpoint.ca
  • Your agent will place a for sale sign on your lawn.
  • Your agent will prepare a home feature sheet. This is a one page synopsis of your home that offers a picture of your home, highlights lot size, room dimensions, and features of your home. Prospective buyers will take a sheet and refer to it while viewing your home. It also makes a great reference sheet when buyers are comparing properties.
  • Your home will be advertised in the South Shore Real Estate Guide book which has a monthly edition and is sent out to over 30,000 households. There is also a copy available on line for easy access and viewing at www.novascotiahomefinder.com

    Agent Caravan: Shortly after listing Re/Max agents will view your home and several others in the area to familiarize themselves with your home, and will give you helpful feedback.
    Agent Open House: All Agents, from all companies, will be invited to an Agent Open house on your home. This usually happens at lunch time, and I provide a light lunch or a draw for a gift certificate, for the agents. The agents will also give you valuable feedback on their thoughts about your home.
    Public Open House: I will provide a public open house for your property if you would like one. It is an individual preference. Visitors to the open houses are spotty and not well attended.
  • Open Houses will usually be advertised in the Lighthouse log and on the MLS.
  • I provide a monthly letter to all my sellers highlighting all the showings for the month, and also the monthly activity on your home from the MLS.
  • Your property will be promoted by phone calls and emails to other realtors to ensure they are aware of your property and its features.
  • I will contact you to set up and confirm all showings, and will follow up by phone or email with the results of your showings, and any feedback from the Buyer’s agent.
  • I will keep in touch throughout the selling process. You will never have to guess where things stand with the sale of your property. I will contact you regularly with updates. If you have any questions or concerns about your property, I am available to answer them seven days a week.
